This position is located in the PBS, Design & Construction, Project Delivery Division. This division is responsible for implementation of national and regional design and construction policy in all production offices and provides project management and procurement services for all regional capital construction projects.
This position has job functions that must be executed within a specific geographic location. The official duty station is a federal facility or leased space. Positions include routine telework that are geographically specific to: Chicago, IL; Springfield, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Milwaukee, WI; Battle Creek, MI; Grand Rapids, MI; Detroit, MI; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Minneapolis, MN; Fort Snelling, MN and St. Paul, MN.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $116,393 per year. Salary is determined by the location for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience applying advanced concepts, practices, and methodologies to manage large, complex new construction, and modernization and lease construction projects. Such experience must include experience performing, planning, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, cost analysis and control, tracking, reporting, and forecasting for such projects.
This position is eligible for the bargaining unit.
